Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings, or by writing to [email protected].

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then reverts to the free tier — it is not deleted.

2. Refunds

We offer a refund in these circumstances:

• within 14 days of your first paid purchase, for any reason
• within 14 days of an automatic renewal you did not intend, provided you have not substantially used the paid features in that period
• at any time, if a fault on our side left the paid features materially unusable and we could not fix it in reasonable time
• at any time, for a charge that was duplicated or taken in error

3. What is not refundable

Outside the cases above, payments for a period already elapsed are not refundable, and we do not refund partial periods on cancellation.

We may decline a refund where an account has been used in breach of our Terms.

4. How to request one

Write to [email protected] from your registered email address with the payment reference and a sentence on what went wrong. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we issue a refund, your bank or card provider typically takes 5–10 business days to post it. We cannot speed that part up.

6. Purchases made through an app store

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its own policy. Cancel through the store's subscription settings and direct refund requests there. Tell us at [email protected] if you need help and we will point you to the right place.

7. Deleting your data

Cancelling ends billing; it does not delete your data. To erase your account and the data in it, use the delete option in settings or write to [email protected]. Deletion is covered by our Privacy Policy and cannot be undone.
